The Cell Link Adapter lets you use a prepaid cellular phone or add a cellular phone to your regular cell plan and make or receive calls to your FreezeAlarm, WaterAlarm,or HomeSitter monitoring system. There are no additional monthly charges, except for the added charge for an additional Bluetooth enabled cell phone that will be dedicated to the Cell Link Adapter at your remote location. You can even use the Cell Link Adapter to give you regular ”dial-tone” service throughout a home via your existing telephone jacks!
How does the Cell Link Adapter work?

Purchase a new prepaid phone or add a mobile phone to your existing plan. It will need to have wireless Bluetooth capability.

This phone will remain with your HomeSitter, FreezeAlarm or WaterAlarm at the monitored location. You will leave it plugged into the power charger all the time, so it keeps the battery charged.*

When an alarm condition occurs, the HomeSitter, FreezeAlarm or WaterAlarm will dial out to the programmed telephone numbers just like it would using a land line.

The system makes the call out via the mobile phone that is dedicated to the Cell Link Adapter.

If you need to check system status, call the phone dedicated to your Cell Link Adapter and it will connect to the HomeSitter, FreezeAlarm or WaterAlarm.

A Cyberpower CPS-01 product is highly recommended as unit does not have its own backup power supply. Packages INCLUDE a CPS-01 unit.
NOTE: You will need to purchase a separate Bluetooth enabled mobile phone that will work with the Cell Link Adapter System. You can add a wireless Bluetooth enabled mobile phone to your existing mobile phone plan or use a “pay as you go” phone. NOTE: The FreezeAlarm is not included in the purchase of a Cell Link Adapter. The HomeSitter, FreezeAlarm or WaterAlarm must be purchased separately. The Cell Link Adapter system will not work with our Basic FreezeAlarm, WaterAlarm Plus or MiniAlarm Plus products.
