TX60 U-SET Temperature/Humidity Monitor & Online Alert System
You'll never have to worry about leaving home again with the TX60U-SET Online Alert System. This wireless system monitors the temperature and humidity conditions inside your home or cabin and alerts you of furnace failure in the winter and air conditioning failure in the summer based on your programmed set points. In addition to homes and cabins, it's great for monitoring many other temperature and humidity sensitive items such as refrigerators, freezers, hot tubs, wine cellars, aquariums …to name just a few!
The TX60U-SET Online Alert System comes with a Gateway Module and a TX60U-IT Temperature/Humidity Wireless Sensor. The TX60U-IT contains an internal temperature/humidity sensor and can be mounted anywhere within 200’ of the Gateway Module. This system also includes an additional detachable 6’ long, waterproof temperature probe which can be used to monitor your spa, refrigerator, freezer, swimming pool, etc. You can monitor up to 20 sensors with a single Gateway Module (extra sensors sold separately).
The TX60U-SET Online Alert System is easy to set up…simply plug the Gateway Module into your high speed router with the supplied LAN cable, then go to www.weatherdirect.com on your local PC to set up your account. You will be able to customize the type of alerts (email and/or text message), who the alerts are sent to, high/low alarm set points, and sampling frequency.
Once the TX60-SET Online Alert System is up and running, you can visit the website (www.weatherdirect.com) at any time to view or download stored history of temperature and humidity readings.
The first year of email/text messaging alerts and data access is absolutely free, with an optional subscription after the first year for $9.95/year.
